TimeBox is Offline

TimeBox is Online but not Recording

If you can playback events but not see live, there are several reasons why this could happen:

  • PoE switch is unplugged, or otherwise your TimeBox is not able to communicate with the network.
  • There is an issue with the camera(s), refer to Camera Troubleshooting.
  • Something unexpected went wrong.

Open the TimeBoxes page in the Admin section to see if there are any errors visible there. Pay attention to the load columns to see if there is anything suspecious there, such as high load/temperature.
